Our Chairman David talking about RPS London’s “Sustainable London” Project
 
RPS (Royal Photographic Society) London’s 2024 photographic project was about Sustainable London.  25 photographers produced 33 mini-projects on sustainability in London.   David will talk about the project ansd show some of the projects and images. 
The second part of the meeting (after the break) will be a discussion on entries for the Christmas Competition and the Annual Exhibition.

(This is change from plaaned as the speaker had to travel overseas on assignment at very short notice – we hope to have them at a future meeting.)
The meeting will be in person in the Bell Inn at 8.00pm as usual.   
Members do not need to Register.

The guest fee for this meeting is £3.00 to be paid on the night.

Wednesday 16^th October
This was our regular quarterly picture sharing where Members are asked to talk briefly about five to ten of their images. As usual we saw some intereresting and VERY good creative images.   Once againg we saw what our fellow members like to photograph.  Looking forward to the next one!

EXHIBITIONS & COMPETITIONS
It’s never too early to plan:

Our own Christmas Competition and Social, which will be on 18^th December at The Bell.  Subject for the competition is “Macro and Close-Up” – so time to practice the techniques which were introduced to us at our May Meeting by Derek Gale.
Penny and Jacquelin have offered to help organise the evening, so we will discuss that further on Wednesday.

Our Exhibition in January 2025 will be at the Teddington and Hampton Libraries:  let’s make this the best show ever!
